Do I get to keep your detailed estimate and free 3D drawing?
No, we present the plan, estimate, and drawing all together, but we do not let you keep it unless you sign with us to move forward.
Do I need to hire a designer for my vision?
Nope! Fine Line Builders proudly designs your 3D home plan and then builds it after we agree on our contract and sign.
How far of an area in MN do you service?
Though based in Stillwater, we serve the entire Twin Cities 7 county Metro area. From Lino Lakes to Apple Valley, and Orono to Hastings let us know!
Do you charge for cosultations?
No, all in-home consultations where we discuss your envisioned project are free, no catches.
Do you still build custom homes?
No, I only do home remodeling now which consists of: basements, kitchens, and bathrooms.​
